This Registration/Claim Form Dashboard is a convenient tool for registrants/claimants who have already filed a claim to check the status of their Registration/Claim(s).

In order to access your Registration/Claim submission in the Dashboard, please provide the information as shown below. If you have already submitted your registration/claim but you do not have your Web Submission Confirmation Number or your Unique Registration/Claim Number, you may call the Settlement Special Administrator toll-free line at 1-888-735-5596 or by email at

Pursuant to the Court’s Order on January 2023, the BMW, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota Settlements are now closed. Payment has been issued on all BMW, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota Settlements claims determined to be eligible and all other claims related to those Settlements have been closed and will not be-reopened. Claim statuses will not be available for those Settlements.
